Luke launched SW19 in 2005 having worked within estate agency locally since 1998. The first office was established on Merton Road where business thrived and the SW19 presence expanded further into Wimbledon town and Colliers Wood.
Living in Wimbledon and being a local face in the community has played a large role in the growth of the business. ‘Those people locally that know me will know that SW19 aside, my big passions are sports cars and formula one racing. I also enjoy participating in charity half marathons and bike rides around the country.’
From an early age it was Luke’s goal to own his own business. His drive is maintained by the people within his team who help to motivate and encourage new business each day. A typical day begins at 6.00am and finishes at 8.00pm. The challenges and the rewards within the industry are as inspiring now as they were when SW19 first began.

Clare Painter

Calm and organised, Clare excels at customer service, manages HR and handles all non-sale areas in the business. A level headed go to person, Clare works hard and enjoys the day to day interaction with everyone.
‘I love walking and running over Wimbledon Common. The green open spaces, the pond, the woodland, it feels as though I am miles from the hustle and bustle of the city and yet it’s right beside all of the energy and vibrancy that London has to offer.’

Organised and attentive, Alison oversees property management and operations to ensure a smooth running of the business.
‘I really enjoy looking at the properties around Wimbledon Village, seeing some very pretty & unique houses/buildings. The atmosphere in Wimbledon when the tennis is on is incredible. It’s just brilliant being local to the area and able to walk into the centre to enjoy the buzz.’

Michelle Faulkner

Michelle has a number of years’ experience within estate agency, firstly as a negotiator then as sales progressor. She oversees the transactions from sale agreed until exchange and completion and is on hand for guidance throughout the process.
In her spare time, Michelle enjoys going to the gym and exploring outdoors with her two young children.

Stephen McGlynn

Having lived in the area since 1993, Stephen truly knows SW19. Whether it’s the High Street in Colliers Wood or the Ridgeway up by the Village, his local knowledge and involvement within the community makes Stephen, not only a local agent but familiar face.

Rita has worked in hospitality management for 12 years where she learnt a number of transferable skills, namely her ability to manage time and communicate well, dedicated customer service and working with budgeted sales targets.
In her spare time Rita enjoys the gym and dining with close friends.

Jenny has worked in estate agency for over 17 years and has recently joined the team at SW19. She knows the area well and has lived locally her whole life.
In her spare time Jenny enjoys walks in Morden Hall Park with her two children as well as visiting Merton Abbey Mills with its vibrant atmosphere and unique shops.

Hermione has many years experience in Property Management and Accounts and has recently joined the team at SW19 where she is looking after rent receipts and landlord payments. She knows Wimbledon well and enjoys working in such a vibrant town along with its parks and gardens.
In her spare time, she enjoys choral singing and ballet.

Jacqui looks after property lettings and has worked in estate agency for 12 years.
‘I enjoy working in lettings and meeting with new people as well as seeing an array of properties on a daily basis. Each day presents new tasks to complete or solve and this keeps me on my toes each day. Experience teaches you how to best handle the work and the variation of jobs each week definitely holds my interest, it’s hard to predict what’s going to crop up next.’

Originally from Derbyshire, Andrew moved to London in 2012. With 10 years experience across Sales and Lettings, Andy has worked with SW19 since 2015, and now operates between Wimbledon and Woking where SW19 are expanding their reach of homes for sales and rentals into Surrey.
Andrew is instantly recognisable with his broad Derbyshire accent.
