I instructed SW19 to sell my property following an unsuccessful period with a well known online only estate agents. I found the online experience to be challenging in a difficult post Brexit vote London market.
Luke spoke to me directly at the outset and immediately put me at ease. I felt he had a genuine interest in helping me to sell my property and was clearly proud of his business. I found this a welcome contrast to the pushy approach of some other agents. Luke was realistic about the asking price I should set and gave me good advice, supporting with real evidence and experience. I also felt that the commission and conditions SW19 offered was far superior to competitors and was a key differentiator. I felt like we were working together to sell my property.
His team worked well, keeping me informed throughout. They found me a buyer and played a key role in negotiating a satisfactory price for both parties. I also felt happy that they had found me a buyer who genuinely loved my property and was committed to the purchase. This proved to be key when a few weeks later the person at the bottom of the chain pulled out. The SW19 team who were also selling my buyers property resold it within a week and kept the chain together. I thought this was a great example of their expertise and buyers list in the Wimbledon area. The team kept me informed throughout a stressful period.
Finally when we progressed towards completion we were working towards a deadline for school places. The team at SW19 worked tirelessly to ensure we achieved the deadline, bringing together the different parties and supporting solicitors with resolution of issues. I turkey believe if it were not for the hard work of SW19 then we would not have completed in time for the deadline and that without their personal committed approach that the chain would have fallen through. They were a true credit to their profession and an example of how it is possible for traditional estate agents to offer better value than online competitors, without resorting to the pushy exploitative tactics of some of the larger agents. I would not hesitate to recommend SW19 to everyone and would certainly use them again if selling in the area. I felt the service they gave me was of the highest standard of quality and was delivered at a very competitive price with a personal touch.
