Owners comments;
We’ve lived here very happily for 4 years and have loved the chance to enjoy the house properly and make it a space for relaxing, entertaining and working. We’ve decorated throughout and recently renovated the kitchen and bathroom, giving it a brand-new design. The back garden is a real sun trap in the summer months and the tall trees and fences behind make it feel lovely and secluded. The cul-de-sac is very quiet during the day and evening, which makes it a really calm and inviting place to live. The rest of the road is a mixture of privately owned and rented properties and the neighbours will always give you a smile or a wave!
The location is perfect for getting the tube into central London within 30 minutes. You’ll always get a seat and it’s just a quick 5-minute walk from the house. There are a number of bus stops along the way too. We’re spoilt for choice in terms of amenities, with a big M&S and Sainsburys 5 minutes away by foot. There’s also a Starbucks, Boots and a number of other shops within a 15-minute walk from the house, though if you quickly need to pop out, we can recommend the Loco shop at the corner for late night ice cream runs! Morden Hall Park and garden centre is just behind us and makes for a beautiful walk, while the famous Wimbledon village is just 10 minutes away by bus and is packed with a huge selection of restaurants, pubs, cafes and bars.
